Moderator Application [Dekaron]

I decided to make this moderator application for the section: "Dekaron".

Why do you want to be moderator?

I always wanted to be a moderator on a large board, like epvp. Thx to John Dread i got the opportunity to become a guardian. That takes me one step closer to my dream to becoming a mod. That was sadly removed, dunno how or why. The main reason that i want to become a moderator is that i like to moderate on epvp. Keeping sections clear of violations. Also this dekaron section can really use a good moderator, its been a long time sinse we have one that is been active, of not banned. I may not post a whole lot, but i do access the forums on a daily basis.

How much experience do you have with the issue from the forum you apply for a moderator job?

Yes, From my experience on the dekaron/2moons section its about the same rules on every other section. Its not hard to follow the main board rules. Meet new ppl, helping new members that joined the board, giving a helping hand. I even moderate on serveral forums. But i cannot post the links here, they may not have a backlink to this site. But i can tell that i manage or moderate 3 forums at this time.

Do you have enough time to visit the board averaged two days and to take an interest in the forum?

Oh yes! With having a job and all, i have all the time in the world now. I cant really prove that iam allot online on the forums but admins are more then welcome to check my connection logs on epvp. Still the one i love the most is 2moons/dekaron section.

Did you take part there before you sent your application?

Yes! And i mean that, ive done allot for a community such as the dekaron section. There is not really a list of all the things i did for that community section, but i can tell you a few. Made special download site for 2moons dekaron section (dkunderground.org) witch makes it the biggest download site for all your dekaron files and tools. I just stared off with a small

that became a sticky and now a whole site. Even that i had a few difficulties i still managed to keep my head up and still deliver a free site for them with all there tools. The latest contribution to epvp:

Do you have a lot of patience with questions which you think their selves that they are very stupid?

At the beginning i didn't, now its getting better and better. And now i stared to follow a "assertiveness" training (completed) to become more social. I think i can mange those questions, and with the help of other moderators that wont be a problem. Iam open to all questions

Can you act good in general with other human beings?

Yes and no, iam kinda shy person in real life. But i act more socially towards other humans. I love to meet new members. And like i said before, my "assertiveness" training helped me allot and i hope with being a moderator i can improve my skills.

Have you ever operated as an moderator before?

Yes on other forums but only on small boards. I think with this board or community it has more positional then other boards. I love it here so there is no need to leave or to make problems with other members. I love the respect i get here, that unique to this board. Thats the main reason i spend so much time in here, that makes it all worth! I hope i can make a difference on this board with helping out other members and moderators.

Well i really love this community and the respect i get here. And thats impotent to me, its all about respect giving and getting. And i hope that i get the chance to prove my skills. And please dont keep the topic clean.

But your activity is not enough.. 10 posts in nearly 1 month isn't a hell of a lot

If i was you, i wouldn't drop from guardian. Because, it shows that you're active and reporting posts. Anyway, it's a yes from my side.

And about the badge, did you receive an infraction? If no, you should write in the complaint area.

Evening,

Ditching the guardian badge was definitely a bad move. Why would the staff want to mod someone who isn't reliable?

i wouldn't call it "Ditching", belive it or not, as much as i love Epvp, my personal life goes first, i can be sure now, it was due inactivity

you cant expect them to pick you the moment you apply, take a look how long it takes for other people to get picked, some wait a month, others wait half a year and then there applications from 2009 that are rolling until now

ive noticed, but ive also noticed that the section "dekaron" does not have a mod, and things get out of hand atm
