I'd like to start off by saying thank you for your reply, I've never noticed that I haven't stated my experience, but I'll quickly change that now for you. (Actually, I have a lot of experience on all forum software [phpbb3, vBulletin, SMF and etc]). And the section which I mentioned that I have no experience in is the coding section. The advertising section is one of my strongest points, as It's where I get all of my reputation from via helping users, reporting problems in their thread, and so on.

When the application is referring to "Moderator Experience" it's more talking about taking action on spam, advertisement, off-topic, necro-threading and so forth. I'm sure experience with all the forum software available is a bonus, but it's more of a personality experience, that's why Fang spoke about other roles that may need the same or similar demeanor.
For example if I didn't have any moderator skills or experience, I would post about my role as a Teacher at TAFE (after highschool, before university in Australia).

I've got some exciting news! As of the beginning of 2014, I will officially become a married man! Though, that's not the reason I posted here. Me and my fiancee will be vacating to (location unknown at the moment) for two weeks , so at the beginning of the year (between January 4th - 18th, I will NOT be online). I just thought It'd be better to inform you, better now than never.
Whilst I cannot judge your activity in a specific section (because of the simple fact that I've never been there), I often see your posts in either general sections or the off-topic. And one thing I've noticed for sure is that you seem to be a patient and mature person, in my opinion absolutely fitting in the role of a moderator.
Nah just kidding, wish you good luck in both parts. That guy is helpful and active in the sro section. Im just roaming in the sro section, here on epvp, who could know that guy better then i do, hah.
