Well, what can I say? I can't name a better moderator for this section. I'm not that active anymore, but I can tell you that Denis is very reliable and I'm sure he'll do the best of his ability as a moderator. Good luck mate!

1. he is giving everyone thx
2. he don't avoid "fight" and reply to everyone who threaten him
3. becase he is a middleman and have positive feedbacks that doesn't mean he can be a responsable moderator
4. I don't think epvp recruit new staff for sections because as you guys see : new head admin = new rules
5. He say : " TheConArtist don't do his job " , why ? because he don't reply to threads ? , because he give infractions to your friends , DiscoTeka ? This is the moderator job
6. What he want to do is only to gain "power" and call himself "kral"

Der Punkt, bei dem du auf "Vertrauenswürdigkeit" eingegangen bist, hat meiner Meinung nach nichts in der Bewerbung zu suchen, da diese Handelsbewertungen nicht unbedingt zeigen, dass man jemandem trauen kann, sondern eher, ob ein Handel reibungslos abgelaufen ist. Das sind 2 verschiedene Dinge.

Auf andere Moderator einzugehen ist meiner Meinung nach in Ordnung. Diese in einer Bewerbung jedoch zu kritisieren, um sich selbst besser darzustellen, nicht. Außerdem kommt die Bewerbung so rüber, als wäre alles in Sack und Tüten, gerade weil es so schlecht dort läuft und du dich etabliert hast. Neben einigen merkwürdigen Ausdrücken finden sich Rechtschreibfehler, was jedoch noch im Rahmen liegt. Der Umfang der Bewerbung ist gut.

Der Umgang mit einigen Usern und die Gleichberechtigung lassen teilweise sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wie ich sehe, differenzierst du in einigen Dingen, was als Moderator nicht tragbar ist.

Nimm's nicht persönlich, nur ragt das so sehr raus und obrig genanntes ist ein No-Go, wie ich finde. Fachwissen ist nur ein Teil, du benötigst auch soziale Kompetenzen, bei denen ich zu meckern hätte. Ich enthalte mich von einer Entscheidung, wobei die Tendenz in Richtung "nein" geht.

But most of my friends left elitepvpers already and i am still here because i want to help this section to not go down.
@MNxG: i am not responsible for the comments of my friends. Let them write such comments like "full kral, yes menz".
It is their decision, i didn't force them to say yes. Your words sound like, i have bad friends which you don't like and i will prefer them. Please get rid if this opinion, i will treat everyone equally.

I agree with some people who said no, but you guys said some points that nobody actually can fit in on the sro section.
I really can't see 1 members who actually NEVER trolls/rage(even if it's a LITTLE rage )

Also Disco_Teka is trustworthy and an old member, the most people who said no are looking for a dream moderator but it's impossible to find such moderators.
And also IF there is someone like that he probably wouldn't be moderator in the sro section.

Those people exist, and i doubt you've watched the forum close enough to find them. It's not impossible to find someone that doesn't troll in threads and with a fluent English.
