Was hat dich dazu bewegt, dich bei uns zu bewerben?

• Ganz einfach: In der Soldier Front Sektion wird gespammt, wie ich es noch nie zuvor in einer anderen Sektion erlebt habe. Desweiteren sind 2 Moderatoren in der Sektion inaktiv und somit lastet die ganze Arbeit auf einem Moderator. Aus diesem Grund möchte ich dem Moderator unter die Arme greifen und ihm dabei helfen, gegen die ganzen Spamattacken vorzugehen.

Hast du Erfahrungen mit der Thematik?

• Diese Frage kann ich mit einem "Ja" bestätigen, denn ich habe mich mit Soldier Front 2 Jahre lang intensiv beschäftigt und konnte somit in diesen jahren viel Erfahrung bezüglich der Thematik sammeln. Außerdem habe ich selbst in einem größeren Forum in dieser Spielesektion moderiert und konnte mich auch mit grundlegenden Fragen zu verschiedensten Themen auseinandersetzen. Ich lerne nie aus, es gibt noch einiges über Soldier Front zu entdecken, was ich mit Vergnügen weiterverfolgen werde.

Hast du genug Zeit, das Board durchschnittlich alle zwei Tage zu besuchen und dich zu beteiligen?

• Ja, das habe ich, denn ich bin jeden Tag mindestens 3 Stunden ansprechbar und habe somit genug Zeit, um mich mit den Aufgaben und Themen in der Sektion zu beschäftigen.

Bist du psychisch geeignet für die Tätigkeit?

• Diese Frage sollte kein Hindernis sein, denn ich war einer derjenigen, welcher auf die Probleme in dieser Sektion aufmerksam wurde und somit die verschiedenen Threads zu einem großen Teil selbst bearbeitet hat. Ich habe die Initiative von sich aus ergriffen, um einfach die Moderatoren zu entlasten. Psychisch sollte bei mir alles in Ordnung sein, zumindest weiß ich, wie man sich zu verhalten hat, was sich gehört und wie man mit anderen Menschen umgeht.

Kannst du im Allgemeinen gut/angemessen mit anderen Menschen umgehen?

• Mit anderen Menschen kann ich sehr gut umgehen, da ich jede Person mit gleicher Würde und Respekt behandle. Ich bevorzuge keinen, für mich sind alle Menschen gleich. Bei Streitigkeiten reagiere ich ruhig und gelassen, ich versuche stets eine faire Lösung für beide Seiten zu finden.

Warst du schon einmal als Moderator tätig?

• Diese Frage kann ich ebenfalls mit einem "Ja" beantworten. Auf einer sehr großen Plattform von rund 500.000 Usern habe ich moderieren und mich in der Soldier Front Sektion austoben. bzw. Erfahrung sammeln können.
  5 Monate habe ich im Forum modierert ohne die Motivation zu verlieren.

Schlusswort

• Alles in Allem biete ich viele Qualifikationen und Eigenschaften, welche mir die Arbeit mit den Usern und in der Sektion durchaus erleichtern werden. Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse über die Sektion, das Moderieren und die Arbeit mit Usern sprechen verdeutlichen dies. Why do you want to apply for moderator?

• That’s simple: There’s spamming in the Soldier Front section, like I’ve never experienced it in any other section. Furthermore there are 2 mods in that section, who are inactive, so all the works need to be done by just only one moderator. That’s why I'd like to help that mod in dealing with all spam attacks made until now.

Do you have any experience with the topic?

• This question can be answered with “yes”, because I’ve been dealing with Soldier Front 2 years and so I was able to gain much experience. Furthermore I have been a mod in the Soldier Front section of another big board and I was able to deal with basic questions on a vast variety of different topics.There’s still so much to learn and I’m looking forward to the content / topics I may improve.

Do you have enough time, to visit the board at least all 2 days regularly and take part in discussions?

• Yes, I do. I almost am 3 hours daily open for conversation so I have enough time to take care of the tasks and topics in that section.

Are you mentally prepared for this job?

• This question shouldn’t be a hurdle at all, because I was amongst those who actually alerted and worked on those spam threads. I took the initiative myself, just to relieve the mods.Regarding my mental well being, I am all right, I guess. At least I know, how to behave, what’s right and how to write or speak with other people.

Are you able to get along with other people in general?

• I can handle speaking and writing with people very well, because I think every person deserves some respect and stateliness. Also I don’t give preferences to anyone, all human beings are alike. If there’s trouble, I am calm and down-to-earth. There’s always a fair solution for both sides.

Have you ever been a mod on any other board?

• This question also can be answered with “yes”. There is a huge board with about 500.000 members. I have been asked to be a mod there and to help out in the Soldier Front section. To sum it up: I’ve been a mod there for about 5 months

• All in all I offer many qualifications and attributes, which may help me with dealing situations in that section and supporting the team. naja eigendlich ist er perfekt wenn dort bedarf ist er reportet ständig im BM ich seh manchmal 50 reports alleine von ihm an einem Tag

Nach langer Überlegung hab ich es getan, es hat seine Gründe warum so früh.
Es hat rein garnichts damit zutun, dass ich heute Guardian wurde, das war auch nicht eingeplant. Sondern, weil sich eine einmalige Chance ergeben hat, die ich nicht verpassen möchte

Also entweder ich habe verlernt die Suchfunktion zu benutzen, oder du hast tatsächlich nur 29 Beiträge in der Sektion und davon 28 gestern und heute.
Angesichts dieser Tatsache finde ich eine Bewerbung etwas vorschnell und bin daher eher dagegen.

Abgesehen davon, sieht die Bewerbung aber ganz ordentlich aus, auch dein Vorstrafenregister ist fast leer und somit angemessen.
Was mir bei dir auffällt, aber auch immer wieder bei einigen anderen: Was sollen die Stichpunkte, wenn man dann ohnehin Volltext schreibt?
Nur mal so als Denkanstoß...

Falls du dich für sprachliche Fehler interessieren solltest:
In dem deutschen Teil sehe ich genau einen, für den englischen Teil gibt es einen Spoiler, da klingen einige Formulierungen doch durchaus etwas seltsam:

  By the way, I only fixed obvious mistakes, some sentences still sound a little odd which might very well be due to their actual content.
  

Wie gesagt, ganz schlecht sieht es nicht aus, auch wenn ich für den Moment dagegen bin, halte ich eine Aufnahme zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt durchaus für möglich - sofern du mehr Beiträge in der Sektion vorweisen kannst und Bedarf besteht.

Ich war vorbereitet auf diese Aussage und Match*Star kann mir da übereinstimmen, dass es dort nicht einfach ist Beiträge zu sammeln. Wenn man Glück hat, ist jeder 4-5 Topic 'normal' um was posten zu können. Das erklärt jedenfalls die wenigen Posts in der Sektion

Ich finde es einwenig schnell von dir dich jetzt zu Bewerben.
Du bist gerade erst Guard geworden und bewirbst dich geich als Moderator. Kommt mir so vor als ob du nur den Guard Titel haben wolltest damit du bessere Chancen als Moderator haben wirst.
Das muss natürlich nicht stimmen, aber das ist meine Meinung.

Muddy hat es schon erwähnt, du hast insgesamt in der Sektion 29 Posts und alle stammen von Gestern oder ein paar Tage davor.

Fevii sagte du Reportest sehr Aktiv im BM. Ja, im BM. Aber nicht in der Soldier Front Sektion, oder?
Zumindest reportest du dort erst seit ein paar Tagen.

Klar, das kann möglich sein, aber trotzdem.
Alle Posts sind in den letzten paar Tagen entstanden.

Finde ich auf deutsch gesagt, einwenig Frech sich so zu bewerben.
Das soll aber jetzt nichts über deine Persöhnlichkeit sagen, du bist Nett & Hilfsbereit, aber diese Sachen stehen dir eben im Weg.
Deswegen bin ich immoment klar dagegen.
