they even put the following in the message.
you have been banned for using programs like g2port/gzoom/ce list etc..
his banishment and permanent!
how sad.
was good while playing GW2.

Intresting part is that they specificly mention a tool or reason, which they normally should not.

As you post it here, its a pretty fussy text they normally give away in pretty much any game for being banned, nearly never (actual "never") you are given the reason spelled out in names etc. (as they mostly do not know or care what you "actual" did, as long as they have any abstract proof).

Is it me, or after new build 1.7.3 stop gettin current coordinates from game and teleport not working?

It is detected. If you can see there are several people saying they got permenatly banned. I have a buddy that got this message saying he was using a program that was altering the game. He contacted tech support and they reinstated his account. Try sending a ticket in and wiggle your way back in.
