i keep getting ban

so how does gw2 ban people? i made a free account to hack on got ban. but now when i try to make an account after a few hours it bans me. i have no hacks on my pc for this to happen i did a factory wipe. anyone have an ideas how to get around this.

Maybe your IP is banned, try to reconnect your router/internet connection.

First time they just ban your account, second they ban ip(or something like that) best way, it use VPN

they have a hardware ban

Hardware/IP/Install Ban, if you install GW2 on a PC and get banned they can see you using the same instance of the game. You basically need a fresh GW2 install in a fresh windows or at least fresh user to get away from it.
