its not. if the game under maintenance We wouldn't be allowed to log in the game but we could can login to the Site, So His account Seem Like it was Put under Investigation

Same. this has nothing to do with Hacking. Its Like if you change your IP alot. there going think your not the owner of your account. best you email the email they showed you.

well at times it look like it but not at all. try unplugging it for a sec. if that doesn't help then google Grandchase No Authentication

i have the same problem too. i already changed my password and username but i just cant log in to grandchase.gamerage.com and also on gamerage.com wat is happening pls any help would be appreciated
