btw u should notice that The patcher image has been changed, thats the new Gc patcher 4 u! GL HF and maybe watch some anime while patching it might take 2hrs...

i think its not the computer, not the game, but the ip has the problem...
try this.....

use a proxifier to access NAGC web page.... sometimes it happen to me... i only use a proxifier so that i can access to the page again... hope it works...

Note: if proxifier doesnt work.. try using hotspot shield...
