Is it possible to change the number or types of monsters in a dungeon?

If so can someone make a hack for the US Grand chase that adds more of the chests from the relay dungeons to them or other dungeons?

so can it be done with the chests? they seem to act like monsters. You have to hit them, they drop items, they flash before dissapearing, and you cant go to the next room without hitting them first.
