hi there i'm having a big problem with grand chase NA right now i can't install the game at all every time i install it goes for some time installing but then my pc goes off and i get the blue screen of death also known as BSOD i don't have much info about it but i tried about 6 times it just keeps happening .
i recently got my pc formatted so it's like a new pc but i got some updates for it i'm sorry i know i should have more to give you but i don't . i really need some help
