how do i get a +17 epic stone
If I transmulate 2 weapons with +12 normal stones using permium transmulate, do I get a +17 epic stone?

i think if youre lucky enough you can get, but based in my experience it will only yield you +13 or +14 and lucky if +15,
the best way to get +17 is to transmute 2 items with +15
i tried to transmute 2 +15 items 3 times and it gives me 2 +17 stone and 1 +16

Maybe it's a pure luck if you get a epic stone from transmuting 2 normal stones.. in my case i usually transmute 2 +15 stones from a lvl75 or up items and i get epic stones but not 100% you'll get a +17 sometimes you'll get +15 +16 or if lucky +17.
