Cownat's Illuminated Society avatar not given :(

this is my first time to post so forgive me kung mali mali....

So is my problem...

its says here that starting from october 1-31 you should stamp 25 attendance only. it doesnt have to be consicutive but just 25 stamps...
here is the proof of my 25 attendance stamps...

as you can see there are 25 stamps (those with checks and stars)...
but after the event, i havent recieved my permanent avatars yet..

as you can see there are no cownat society avatars

can some one plss help me how can this be fixed because this event have ended
last year but until now i haven't recieved my avatars...

That event is for that month only, let's say if that was on the month of october, during that month you must stamp atleast 25 attendance to have the set, and on the month of october there will be no such exclusive rewards anymore.. one more thing, i think those are not avatar those are lvl 40 set(correct me if i'm wrong).
