connect failed on hero website

when i tried to log in to the hero online website, i get this pop up that said Connect Failed. i have tried my other accounts and non of them seem to work. i can't report a 1:1 inquiry because i can not log in to the hero online web page.
any help would be great, thank you

i got it too .. i think they got problem with servers ,
