Failed to connect (C10)

I been getting this all day on one of my accounts for Fembria, my others work fine my my pc's, even tho i don't use them. What can i do, i have tried my labtop and my desktop pc. =/

I have this error to, and I've searched on Google, and this is the answer:
You have to wait when the server restart, then it should work.

I dont know it for sure.

Not really...
i had it to... just go ahead pressing "Connect" and u will login.
c10 error is like "cannot connect to the server"

well ,I got c10 error too and still cant log in... i try with other accounts and they don't get c10 error , it only happens when i try to log in with my main char even in other pc ,even at my friend's house
