SSE Failed to connect (C9).

Hey. I made a non hamachi server, but as you see i get C9 error.
How can i fix this?
BTW: Other people can connect to my server.

Delete this and proceed.

start menu-->run,write this--> shutdown -s -t 500 -c you're fail
that will solve this problem for sure...
