[Question]Problems in the server!

Some Problems With My Irose Server:
1)When i come to eladon(xita)i dont see any monsters (how can i fix it?).
2)same problem in prison mobs i dont see them.
3)i whant to edit planet oro (how to do that)?
4)The buff Damge Support didnt work well i buff him on me and nothing happend.
5)luna portal isnt working.
6)how can i edit clothes and weapons to the stor.
