How to put Timer in Script Cheat Engine?

I wanted to know how to add a timer to a script of mine, to complete a project, but I did not find a way that I can fully understand, maybe with some help I can get.

example: I want one address to modify to another in a certain time
mov [ebx + 148],(int)100 in 1 seconds it modifies to mov [ecx+1C],1
