Hab mich mal etwas rangesetzt und ein paar Brushes gemacht:

Blue Smoke:

FlashGreen:

Das was du gepostet hast könnte man eher als effektstock zählen, wobei es da auch nicht wirklich rein passt.

Brushes sind im Regelfall in einer bestimmten Dateiart, bei Photoshop z.B. als .abr
