Potential it doesn't work with PC. I know it is confirmed working with xbox as stated in the first post. It was only guessing it may work with PC however I couldnt try due to region lock.
Buy with XBOX then login with PC and use them on the pc.

ok I'm downloading it now, how do I set up the hotspot ?

Ive turned vpn on now I do is turn on the hotspot connect to it on my xbox, then login fortnite and buy from there or xbox store
