Cant Connect From WorldServer

Hello Guys ! help me for my problem ! i think is simple to you !

I need your help to fix my Problem !

my problem on my server i cant connect in game !

stack only on Character Sellection ! any idea what i need to do to fix this Problem ?? Please Help me guys !

Did u make sure that the both World folders match? Clientside and Serverside

Yes ! but the when i connecting in game . its say Connecting but when i look the WorldServer.Exe its not Counting my Character on Players Online its say 0 Online

its offline test !

but when i up all .Exe then the world is Up !

then i will login in game ! the WORLD CCU is not Counting to 1 its Still 0

ill use source base on GOW Source ..
