Immer wieder das gleiche.
Was ist denn so schwer daran nen Backlink aufe Homepage zu packen? Wenn du im fremden Forum Werbung machst, sollte es doch selbstverständlich sein, dass du dann nen Backlink reinhaust. Ich verstehe nicht, warum so viele Leute das einfach nicht checken oder sich nicht die Regeln durchlesen können.

Zum Server:
Kann ich jetzt keine interessanten Dinge herauslesen, ein Standard-Server von denen es schon reichlich gibt. Konkurrenz wird demnach groß sein, vielleicht werdet ihr zum Start zwischen 30 und 50 Spieler haben und das hält dann für nen Monat, wenn ihr euch nicht von den anderen Servern abheben könnt.

Ein paar Bilder fehlen mir auch in der Vorstellung, der Hintergrund ist jetzt nicht so schön für meinen Geschmack und die Buttons kommen mir sehr verpixelt/verschwommen rüber.

DENNOCH: Wünsche ich euch viel Erfolg. Seht die Kritik nicht als Schlag ins Gesicht, sondern als gut gemeinte Kritik. (Bis auf den ersten Absatz mit den Backlink, da musste ich mal Luft rauslassen, aber den kannste ja einfach auf die Homepage machen, bevor der Thread hier geschlossen wird)

Getting no activation email after register

Edit: after you press options in patcher the patcher crashes

Edit2: Haven´t seen in a while a bad server like this so much things are buggy and are missing.
everything in the shops and you drop every **** X protects S protects G His Angels etc weapons
Than Cs pets too slow party rate too low in the pet filter is so much missing....
Next time please make your server complete and than do a beta

You can also drop G/His/Angels/Lg Weapons from normal masquerpets in the Official Flyff. (A & 7% Cards, too)

We're sorry about the back link, it was the last thing to add before publishing the advert and i completely forgot to publish the updated site files.

As for being bland, the aim of our server is to start almost vanilla and ensure our base code is flawless. Then over time build up the server with features/systems that our players wish to see in-game. This way we reduce the risk of something deeply embedded in the code causing issues down the line, but also makes it easier to tell if bugs crop up from new features rather then old ones. But also rather then bloat the game with systems that no one will ever use, include only the systems that will be used daily.

The Options crash bug has been resolved, it related to the Neuz.ini file not existing. But this has been resolved to create the file correctly if it doesn't already exist (which on first load it won't).

We're sorry that the server seems buggy, but that is why we are having a Beta, which is here to be a proof of concept of the server, ensure that we can reduce all bugs possible and then have a smooth launch.

If you'd like to be more specific on what is missing we'd like to hear about it. The server is vanilla like as previously mentioned to ensure that our base code is as bug free before building upon it and adding complexity to the game.

Possibly not, but it is also an important feature that is used daily, as we add new systems we may phase out older systems from this advert. But i do feel that players would prefer to know there is a pet filter in-game, rather then not knowing.

Thanks for understanding that this isn't a high rate server, we want to ensure players enjoy the game, but also earn their keep. We will aim to improve the server, but we want to make this a community driven server with community suggestions being used as the driving force behind the server.

Once we've finished the beta we hope that majority of bugs will be dealt with, we will over the course of the beta try to improve things like drop rates, pet lot speeds and so on.

Stick with us guys, i promise you won't regret it.

Alpha Centauri Flyff experienced it first of many patch updates today. Below is a list of what we've changed over the last week, to view the full list of changes please visit this forums page:

In-Game Edits (based on suggestions):
  • Teleporter ("Z").
  • Pet Filter Changes.
  • V21 Madrigal Map Added.

In-Game Bug Fixes:
  • Grilled Eel bug fixed.
  • Pet Filter window bug fixed.
  • World map active map button bug fixed.
  • Various other bugs fixed, already posted in Discord Channel.

Website Changes:
  • Popup window for downloads rather then just being a direct link.
  • General Stats page fixed to show correct values.

In-Game Edits (based on suggestions):
  • Right Click Functionality.

v0003
In-Game Edits (Based on Suggestions):
  • Brand new live client published to website, you will require this client to continue playing the game. We've made various improvements to the files format to improve file load efficiency.
  • Drops and Shops changed for Go Live, do be sure to make suggestions on what we should be editing for these to make the server better. I.e Reduce shop item costs, or increase monster drop rate of certain items etc.
  • 50% more Spawn rate of all Non-Boss monsters, halved respawn rate of all Non-Boss monsters. More spawn, take less time to respawn.
  • If you've not setup your pet filter, it will now pick up every dropped item
  • Made it so that if you're using a pet and try to fly, it removes the pet for you
  • Added Hot Ddukguk, Fresh Ddukguk and Sweet Ddukguk to Consumables store 3rd tab for 15k Each
  • Linked Attack will no longer work on maps deemed to be "PvP" maps. This includes, Guild War, Guild War 1v1, Arena, FWC, or any eventual PvP maps we may add at later dates. Please bear in mind that you will not be prevented from using Linked Attack in these maps, so using it will still lose you points.
  • Added NPC's for Voting and Donating stores in-game, currently empty but will be filled shortly.
  • Added V19 eFlyff Madrigal back into the server, mostly as it's more aesthetically pleasing then the V15 one.



In-Game Bug Fixes
  • Fixed some more crash bugs
  • Fixed Teleporter Images
  • Fixed Guild Naming issue
  • Fixed inventory spacing issue
  • Fixed Linked Attack
  • Fixed Dungeon bug that didn't spawn certain monsters to the map that are required to complete the dungeon.
  • Fixed bug that causes screen to freeze after minimizing the client or alt tabbing for too long.
  • Fixed Grilled Eel not taking effect properly until relogging or teleporting to new map.

Patcher Bug Fixes
  • Resolved Resolution list in Patcher Options not matching that of in-game options
  • Corrected issue where when patching it states it can't create a file if it already exists.
  • Changed progress bar colour to make it more obvious when a patch is actually happening.

Alpha Centauri Flyff has now gone Live and will no longer be expecting any Wipes.
We will be working hard to still implement new features and systems based on popular demand from our players.

We've also released Patch Update V0004 today along side our Live release.
What we've added in this patch is:
  • Added Extended Character InGame
  • Added Party Finder (Z)
  • Added Scoll of Exp Lock - 200 Voter Chips
  • Added Scoll of Exp Unlock - 200 Voter Chips
  • Added Scroll of Element Change - 100 Voter Chips
  • Added Pick-up Pet Upgrade - 150 Voter Chips
  • Linked Attack with Red Scroll now affects every party member (for upto 80% additional damage)
  • Added Same *** Marriage
  • Increased Pet EXP Rate to 5x
  • Added Charts to Website "Stats" section, to visualise key information about what we collect

Today is Alpha Cenaturi Flyffs update day

Today we bring update version 0005 which contains the following breakdown

In-Game Edits (based on suggestions)
  • Improved Pet Filter
  • In-Game Skill Changes
  • In-Game Drop Changes
  • Removed Pet Collision
  • Increased Buff Timers
  • Items Added To Consumables Store
  • Incrased Buff Pang skill timers to 10 hours instead of 1 hour
  • Added more items to Voter Store
  • Increased Couple Exp Rate from 5x to 15x
  • Increased Pet Exp Rate from 5x to 10x

In-Game Bug Fixes
  • Fixed Grilled Eel bug
  • Fixed Grilled Eel re-stat exploit bug
  • Fixed Trading bug, you should now be able to trade all items in your inventory
  • Fixed selling price for R, 12%, SR, 15% cards
  • Fixed a few more crash bugs

Hello Flyffers,

Today we bring you Patch Update v0006, this patch introduces some big changes to how certain features in-game currently work. As well as some really cool features that we've been wanting to add since day one.

The breakdown of the patch update can be found below:

In-Game Edits (based on suggestions)
  • Added Mount System
  • Guild Levelling Changes -> Now damage based not quest item based
  • More Voting Sites

In-Game Bug Fixes
  • Fixed Flyff Play Time -> Now updates Database more often
  • Fixed Buff Item Timers -> Some were still stuck at 20 minutes

Website Edits
  • New Player Panel UI Added
  • Corrected Stat Sorting

Hello Flyffers,

Today we drop Patch Update V0007, and as promised we kept this patch update mostly to features you've suggested.

Please find below the cliff notes of what we've changed in this update.

In-Game Edits (Based on Suggestions):
  • Buy Back - The ability to buy back items you've just sold to the store. Be warned you can only buy back the last 25 items and these items only stay in the buy back view until you log out.
  • Shining Oricalkum Converter - A brilliant QoL feature you guys suggested to make the creation of Shining Oricalkum's much easier.
  • New Simpler Staff Messaging System - I personally hated the view of the System Messaging system in-game, so i've changed it to create a banner at the top of the screen instead, with the text scrolling.
  • Added the following items to the Voter Store in-game:
    • Bead Slot Key - 100 Voter Chips
    • 1 Day Extra Bag - 50 Voter Chips
    • Extra Bag (15 days) - 500 Voter Chips
    • Extra Bag (30 days) - 800 Voter Chips
    • Scroll of Reduction B - 100 Voter Chips
    • Scroll of Reduction A - 200 Voter Chips
  • Improved in-game networking to try reduce "lag" when limiting FPS via settings.
  • Increased drop rate of Rare Weapon drops in dungeons, for Boss Monsters, by 20x.
  • Increase Pet Exp Rate to 20x base.
  • Removed Poster and Arrow requirements from Acrobats, Ringmasters and Billposters.
  • Made All Party skills self buff skills too, for example Geburah Tiphreth.

In-Game Bug Fixes:
  • Perin Trade Bug - Perin will no longer reduce 2x the amount when trading, although this was visual and resolved on relogging, we felt it needed fixing quickly.

Patcher Bug Fixes:
  • Invalid DateTime on Line X - This was caused by differences in Date Time settings of various computers, we've resolved this by treating values within the "List.txt" file as numbers rather then dates.

Over the next few weeks we are hoping to get to the bottom of balancing and start to add more features from official Flyff (such as 3rd jobs). But as expected this will take a long time to get fully working and the progress of such a change is dependent on you guys submitted requests for Balance changes. To make balance change suggestions please use the Discord Channel named "#balance-ideas".

Hello Flyffers,

Today we release Patch Update V0008, this patch comes in two stages and both will be implemented by 8pm today

Please find below the cliff notes of what we've changed in this update.

Forum Thread Advert Changes:
  • As you may have seen we've changed our advert in the main post of this forum thread, this was done to improve the quality and styling of the advert to attract more poeple and to show that we care about the feedback we get.

Skill Balance Changes:
  • As part of round 2 of balancing, we've started to focus on the skills themselves, the benefits they give and what we can do to improve them

Upgrade Changes:
  • We've changed the upgrade rates throughout the game to make it a little easier to get those weapons upgraded. We appreciate that some people have already tried very hard to get their weapons to high upgrade levels, but this is something that we've been thinking of doing for a long time and people agreed that it needed to be done.
  • This change includes, Gem Setting, Weapon Conversion, Ultimate/Normal upgrade rates and piercings.

Negative Awakes Removed:
  • A much anticipated and much debated changes.
  • As you all know we've been putting this off for weeks to get an idea of what players really want and in the enbd it was very clear that we were going to remove negative awakes.
  • This however does not mean that awakening your items to perfection is going to be easy, it will be quite the opposite.
  • Unlike other servers we've not just doubled the rates for positive values, we've taken time to correctly calculate succession and make it fun, fair and ultimate a goal worth getting.

Jewels Added to Volcano Drops:
  • We've gone ahead and added the Jewels to Volcano drops to allow you guys to finish the upgrading of your weapons. But also to allow you guys to unlock the Hero skills easier.
  • To find the drop rates, please click the "Read More" button below.

We've also got a few more changes listed in the forums post below, please give it a check to find out more details about the listed above and also what else we've been working on.

As youu can see this weeks patch log is about starting the promised Balance that we are so desperate to get done before introducing features like 3rd jobs and increasing the max level.

This is by far going to be the biggest change to the game and will determine whether Alpha Centauri Flyff succeeds of fails. So we ask you to be patient and bear with us whilst we get this sorted

Hello Flyffers,

Today we release Patch Update V0009, contains 2 vital changes to Alpha Centauri Flyff

3rd Jobs Arrive:
You guys have been pestering us for 3rd jobs, and we've finally added them.
This change includes the following:
  • V16 Skill Window.
  • Max Button inside the new Skill Window.
  • Changed Quick Job Change to include the new jobs.
  • Max Level increased to 150.
  • Getting max level is now 50% harder, compared to eFlyff standards

New Flaris Town:
Over the last few weeks we've been working with an amazing Flyff Mapper to design a beautiful, new Flaris Town, this is a trial for the Mapper and he has exceeded all expectations.

Collision Fixes:
  • No longer bumping off objects when running fast.
  • Kalgas Cave bridges now fixed.

Duplication Bugs Fixed:
Bug in-game that allowed people to duplicate items have been resolved.

As we've added 3rd jobs now, we're going to be focusing more and more on balancing in-game before adding more levels.

But once we've completed the next couple of rounds of balancing, we will be incrementing levels slowly and re-testing the current balances and re-doing them if needed.

Keep the suggestions coming guys and we will become better then any other Flyff server available.
