Check your Authorization.

Open CHARACTER_01_DBF then CHARACTER_TBL and check m_chAuthority

Then check Authorization.h to see if you have the correct Authorization

If it aint working then your Auth Setting is not correct. Your FuncTextCmd is almost the same as mine.

So show us your Auth from CHARACTER_TBL and show is your Authorization.h file.

Also did you changed Language?
