Thats possibly happening due to not limiting the frames the commands get sent to the client.
Not sure what cookie is using actually but, if he uses some kind of timer based loop, he could just increase the timer slightly so the commands wont executed more often the the client can handle. Thats why it seems to 'lag' it just sends the left commands in it's queue to the client until it finnished.

About the moving question: Yes that is possible of course, the other part is, is it worth doing that? WIll the developer take the time to reverse the functions for that? And code some logic into the program to actually dont do stupid movements?
Thats all alot of work depending on how hard the function is to find. Since the sourcecode of neuz is revealed, its not the hardest part for those with knownledge, but still work.
