Î dont think its good to make a own forum for Florensia, cause there is not much stuff for this game, actualy we cant get behind the protection and there are only a couple of memers who are interested in this game... one Thread or two Threads are enought for the first time..

They won't be able to. HackShield is designed to reserve and overwrite all the kernelfunction, if they will enable G15 support then all macros and software will be able to send input again.

Lol dude. You're able to block the software/drivers/processes you want to when using HackShield. Its not just blocking EVERYTHING. You can block and deblock the things you want to.

Sorry, but don't talk to me on a different topic I am. Hooking Kernelfunctions and flag it to protect it won't allow anything, if they were so dumb to unprotect SendInput and DeviceIOContrl they would allow any Hacks and Macrosoftware again. Go learn your math. It's not blacklistening tools or software, its purely protecting important functions from being called.

I know that HackShield uses a kernel mode driver which sets some SSDT hooks preventing SOME functions to be called by 3rd Party Tools. Although ... there is a blacklist allowing the publisher to add software from where several function calls won't be blocked. HackShield also includes a "antivirus"-like software, scanning for things like packet sniffing software and so on. If you don't believe me than go and learn your math or just analyze hackshield....

You just stated the obvious. Indeed HackShield has antivirus like functions, but it is also a rootkit that will try to control everything in the backround and hides it mischief.

Enjoy your rape if they do this. That was the Problem of XTrap too, they were trying to be more _userfriendly_. Infact you were able to bypass whole xtrap by just renaming your favourite hacks to explorer.exe. Same goes with Gameguard, they were too arrogant and cocky to constantly update their SSDT ST pointer. What im saying is, that they CAN do this but they will probably NOT WANT the risks because of that, incase you didnt understood me.

Yeah but i always hear players crying in their forums, that their keyboards doesn't work and ****. And some admins said they'll reconfig hackshield so that ppl won't have problems...
Some also have problems when just running the game, which i also belong to. Some of the ibm software my thinkpad is using hooks into every process looking for password dialogs and keystrokes... seems like hackshield doesn't like me ^^

Well in my case Florensia won't run because GameGuard's still installed, somewhat ironic.

HackShield.
Sounds really protective right? But it isn’t really.
Some of you might noticed that there was a HackShield Update a couple of days ago. I personally didn’t even noticed that it existed before.
Okay, so I saw the HackShield the first time in my life and honestly I was a little bit worried that it could be a problem for me.. and really - it blocked my DLL that I inject into the game and forced me to quit the game on the startup. Well, I was kinda prepared for that since a “HackShield” should actually discover such “hacking attempt” how HackShield likes to call it.
So far so good! So I started my uber imba l33t-h4xx0r disassembler program called IDA and reversed the FlorensiaEN.bin. Two and half hour and a 130MB database-file later the analyze was done and I searched for the HackShield. Another 10 minutes(!) and 4 lines of C code later the HackShield was deactived and out of my way - kinda embarrassing HackShield, huh?
Oh, here are the 4 evil lines that sent the awesome HS straight to hell:

Keep it up!~
