The sound and model files are known, but I haven't seen any info about auto-translate except for h3lls battle log, and they've remarked:

At a glance, that dictionary does appear to be solid for a manual process.A quick grep of the files didn't turn up anything... so I wonder if they're encrypted, or server-side - which would explain a lot of the problems and limitations with them, like certain terms not appearing.
