There was a free one when the game first came out, doubt the developer still has it active (see older posts), otherwise pay for mmoviper

Yea MMOViper is the only working FFXIV bot out there that is legit and working.

Yea MMOViper worked fine for me so far. No complaints except i want some crafting features.
