Here we go, I fixed it to run on 64bit Operating System.

Some instructions first... I copied and pasted the instructions, I didn't mess with any JP language settings on my computer and it seems intelligible as is-

You will probably have to play with the Japanese language settings on your computer.
Before installing the program, your Windows must be set to Japanese Language as default. Restart computer.
Extract the contents of FFXImodelviewer.zip.
The .lst files should be in Japanese text make sure your default language is set to Japanese

"FFXImodelviewer.zip must be extracted AFTER your language is set to Japanese. If you change the language settings after extraction, the model viewer will not be able to read the .lst files = only heads, missing armor, scrambled interface, or other errors."

1. Choose your model to be edited from the modelviewer.
2. Put a check mark infront of the 4th command under the droplist MQO(M) on top.
3. Then click at the export button and choose which part of the model you want to export.
4. If you want to only edit the textures, just edit the BMP file(s) in the same folder as your MQO file.
5. Use Metasequoia or other 3D programs that can read MQO files to edit the polygon.
6. Group the MQO, BMP, and MCD files of your model in the same folder.
7. Then use the first command under FILE(F) on the top left corner of the modelveiwer to convert the MCD file into DAT.
8. Replace the original file with the edited one.
*The modelveiwer shows the file location as ROM-FOLDER-FILENAME, e.g. 1-31-82 = ROM1-FOLDER31-FILE82.
**The name of the backup file created durning importing is the location of the file, e.g. 1031082 = ROM1-FOLDE31-FILE82.

*Hey Codiddle!!! your SpiraXI is actually PXI 6.3 version modified. I got PXI 6.4 and I think both of them need to combine. Because version 6.3 got most of all the spells and skills and are more complete in characters build up, but do not have mobs and npc. On the other hand, version 6.4 got mobs and npc and some decent spells and skills, but it don't got all characters build up such as job traits.

*I think someone here was going to work on combining them together. If I miss read somewhere, for give me. It would be great if they could combine... anyways, thanks again.

codiddle.. thanks for all your work, ive enjoyed playing again with 75NIN and utsusemi .... anyways most stuff seems to work.. i have job traits such as double attack, dual wield so i dunno why other users seem to be having problems. im a vb6 programmer... c++ is new to me, however I do understand bits and pieces of the code locatated in CChar.cpp ...

regarding monks H2H problems i was reading through the C++ code and saw something a bit fishy... it seems if i use mnk/war then the attacks work perfectly normal... as soon as i sub /nin the dual wield screws it and then only 1 hand attacks... it seemed to be slow as hell too.... SE(******!) banned me about 5 years ago so I cannot remember how fast mnk normally attacks...mine was lvl 60 at the time. I doubt ill have any success but if i do ill report back.

regarding the game... i have no knowledge of what happened just after TOAH came out so i dunno what puppet masters H2H is like and so on...

i fixed the H2h problem...even with ninja sub it will attacks just like in retail.. codiddle can you confirm which version your spiraxi is? i changed pXi_r1430 to fix the H2H but dunno if other stuff on pXi_r1430 works the same as yours

thats just the pxi.exe.. just pop it in your pxi 6.4/6.5 folder where your exsisting one is. all ive changed is the H2H with MNK/NIN, the toon attacks with 2 punches instead of 1...ive now changed the attack speed of h2h as it was like 6-7 seconds in between attacks.

i just checked something out...hell of a fun bug!! if you equip a kraken club on offhand then H2H weaps on main the monk attacks like a nut case.. very funny lol

i keep getting missing .dll's i got them and put them in folder but now it says it cant connect to the server. only happens when i use your launcher

Sir, I do believe I compiled it using pXi_r1430. That would be fascinating if you could fix that.

I've tried a few other times to compile it the same way, and I haven't been able to do it the same since. So, it's really hard for me to say. I had just threw out a bunch of files from 0.6.4 and the 1430SVN, then went through and tried them all to see which worked the best. I had too many problems with each version I tried. Since the Spira scripts were working with it, I just named it SpiraXI. I am pretty sure it did come from 1430 though. Which, I guess is being called 0.6.5.

it's working on SpiraXI without changing anything, it only works if you have a H2H weapon equipped. The delay is way off though I think. I didn't know it worked though, thanks.

yea i got it to work i was still 1/2 sleep when i downloaded it today and i tried to run it as the client software so of course it wasnt working xD but yea the h2h is fast and if you off hand multi hit weapon its non stop

the h2h attack speed is much the same as dualwield katana's. ive been trying to fix counter attack but thats prooving to be a real *****.

Yeah, it's much nicer, thanks Lionhart, it seems it's working a whole hell of a lot better. Have you tried scripting the weaponskills for h2h yet? I think that was the problem, was they couldn't get the weaponskills to use both fists, so they left it out until they found a solution. I don't know, I do remember reading a lot about that offhand not working with weaponskills though. Asuran Fists works, but most of the other weaponskills don't work, they just do 0 damage. Maybe your fixing the delay might have made it possible to script these missing weaponskills, is what I'm getting at.

I was hesitant on posting this, I've been posting a lot of garbage. This is a font changer to make your FFXI look like a totally different game. I kept seeing screenshots and for the longest time thought this was what the game looked like on Xbox 360, until I got the game for Xbox 360 and was disappointed. I thought it was the greatest thing since white bread, so here it is. You just replace the dat files in teh according folders.

Tag Also demnächst starten wir unseren Free Final Fantasy XI Server wir werden natürlich Client etc zum Download bereitstellen wens soweit ist Hp etc werden wir ebenfalls bereitstellen. Wir sind noch ein wenig am Basteln sieht aber schon gut aus. Server bei seite wir würden gerne wissen wie das Interesse an dem Mmorpg steht wer würde das spiel gerne Spielen es wäre sicher schlecht einen Leeren server zu starten. Raten werden dementsprechend auch recht hoch sein und wir werden alles so gut...
