As you know, the process How To Fut Champions Contacts was updated.
Policy
You may receive a contact from a player who does not have access to the Weekend Champions League but thinks they should. Normally players gain access to the weekend League in FUT Champions by winning a qualifier tournament during the week, or by holding their position or being promoted into Online Seasons Division One.
· Note: The Weekend League has been extended. It will now begin on Fridays at 7am GMT and finish on Mondays at 7am GMT.
· Note: Players can now qualify for the FUT Champions Weekend League by being placed high enough in the previous Weekend League.
· If the player is playing on PC:
· 25 matches is the maximum amount available to play per Weekend League to qualify for the following Weekend League. Elite 3 and above is needed. Leaderboards display top 40 players.
· If the player is playing on Console:
· 40 matches is the maximum amount available to play per Weekend League to qualify for the following Weekend League. Gold 3 and above is needed. Leaderboards display top 100 players.
· If they meet the eligibility criteria (Gold 3 or Elite 3 Tier visible in Omega), they will qualify for the next Weekend League automatically (beginning the weekend of Friday 4th of November 2016).
We had today many contacts regarding this issue because the players qualified themselves in the last weekendliga for gold3/elite 3 or higher and they cannot see INGAME that they are qualified for the next weekendliga.

, you will not be able to see the qualification or Tier until they have received their rewards.As Specialist said, you have to inform the customers that they will see Ingame that they are qualified after they will receive the rewards for the previous Weekendliga tournament
