this is how you can build the Venom,a tier 8 unit with 1440 health (but it works for any other tier 8 unit,for the Blue Barrage units and/or buildings),you will need a 'Limited Edition Unit Factory' and Cheat Engine 6.1 (or the 6.2 version), get it here:
1.start the Empires and Allies game
2.go to the Limited Edition Unit Factory and click to build the Hind (code U113),(you also can try any other unit with a 4 letter code)
3.stop when you reach the 'finish' screen:
4.now open Cheat Engine and find the process for your browser,change 'value type' to 'text' and scan for the code 'U113'
5.move the results to the bottom and change 'U113' to 'UB52'
6.now click on the 'finish' button and place the Hind on the air depot (if you're building tier 7 units or decorations you can reload the game now and skip the next step)
7.now go to the Survival Mode and select the Hind to fight (there will be 2 of them,also there might be the venom,in that case place the venom),click on 'fight' and wait until the 'refresh' button appears:
reload the game and you should see your new Nimitzern on the depot:

there are mixed reports about this hack (just for the tier 8 units),for some people it is working flawlessly,for others it's a no go,so far there is a 50/50 chance it will work on your account
