Hi all,

I've spent the whole day looking at the forum and while I did find myself some answers, I was left with some questions as well (apologies if this was asked somewhere in time).

I've been chairing in Tarkov for the past 2 years and I couldn't last more than a few weeks no matter how legit I tried looking (user error probably?).

Today I spent the whole day reading about DMA and I think I'm gonna try this method, however:

1. Everyone seems to praise Lone and I've been hearing only good reviews. Now that the stuff is open source, how reliable it is (or the reliability comes from the firmware for the DMA, not the chair itself?)

2. For the firmware, ekknod is free as far as I can see, but how reliable it is then? Do I need to further do some tweaks to detect-proof myself?

3. Does it actually matter if the firmware is paid (since everywhere, almost everyone says its a 99% copy of the free firmware, or something like that)

3.5 And if it does matter, I would like to ask customers of said paid firmware to share their feedback for the firmware itself, setup difficulty, support experience, etc.

As for non-DMA solutions, I've been a loyal servant to Next (love the UI and everything) despite being banned multiple times (this is maybe where my error comes). So, any other recommendations?

What I'm looking for is to actually make this account around the 1.0 release last as long as it can.

I'm not interested in raging, spamming through walls, etc, just some looting, questing, chams-ing.

Answer to all your questions : DMA is a dogshit option in 2025.
Second, EFT used battleeye which can be given the award of the most dogshit anticheat of the last year, even VAC is doing a better job/
There are many providers who have been ud for YEARS on EFT, check the thread, chudvision has a nice quest tracker if thats what ur looking for

DMA is still good for Tarkov, but its becoming harder to use in games with EAC like Fortnite or Rust. You can get a card (get 75t or 100t) for ~$70 on Aliexpress though, and yes Ekknod is still safe on EFT.

Lone software is top notch and its free, i wouldn't pay for a DMA solution for EFT in 2025. It's no surprise that certain providers suddenly released Silent Aim / Improved Aim Prediction after lone went open source/free.

Safety is mostly how much you rage. If you wipe lobbies too fast you will get banned no matter what you use.

Take what others say with a grain of salt, they dont like that people can get free cheats they would rather sell something to you. But for $70 dma card investment you can cheat unlimited on EFT which is a pretty darn good deal.

DMA (any provider) has not had detections on EFT
Next is detected what seems like daily

Don’t let anyone tell you “DMA is a dogshit option in 2025.” People who say that either can’t afford the initial investment or don’t really understand how it works.

A more accurate statement would be that DMA isn’t currently necessary for EFT, since BE still struggles to detect external cheats effectively.

To answer your questions:

Lone and Ekknod are both fine choices, though Lone is very basic and lacks many of the extra features most users want.

You don’t need to update your firmware unless the anti-cheat specifically blocks it, which, for BE, has never happened.

For external options, the top three providers are HackMachine, SyntheticSkill, and Yazzn. HackMachine and Yazzn have gone years without detection, while SyntheticSkill is newer but has worked flawlessly for me all wipe (Prestige 4).

Just remember, having DMA doesn’t make you immune to bans. Manual reviews can still happen.

If EFT is the only game you plan to play, Lone and Ekknod will do just fine. If you’re looking to branch out into other games, the firmware discussion is something to revisit later.

I don't know about that, I have encountered several chinese DMA cheaters who just RMT and rage they literally speedhack n kill you n teleport into marked rooms loot it and speed off to the exit, how i know is because I have encountered them multiple times and its been about 2 months already and the account is still not banned. The guy was previously prestige 2 but is now prestige 3 and probably should be close to prestige 4 by now. he is now prestige 4 btw and account still NOT BANNED, 27kd with 5k kills 0 scav raids 1.4k raids total.

That has nothing to do with DMA or DMA enforcement. They just didn’t run as many ban waves this wipe, and they skipped the behavior analysis methods they used in past wipes, like loot traps.

I saw that people are using mini PCs for DMA setup, but Im not sure how to connect the DMA in those tiny pocket size PCs, couldn’t find any extender options apart from PCIe risers/cables either.

Your card connects to your main PC, not the second one. The second PC runs the cheats, which then send the data to your main PC.

Yeah, sorry, just figured out what I was actually asking…

So essentially:
Card in main PC
Second one connected with the cables ( data cable only I believe?) to the card
Second one runs the cheat and thats pretty much it?

There are plenty of guides everywhere which are helpful and I’ll keep them in mind too.

I'm just saying reporting them is useless cause they dont get banned like at all they can just run wild without consequences YET, but idk lets see if 1.0 their account is still around or not.

BSG has been blowing smoke out of their *** for years. We will see what happens.

In my experience you’ll still get banned on dma if you run wild. Reports do matter now.

Didnt report him but im sure others have if his profile isnt found after release den we'll know heh.
