how risky is chargeback with EFT/Paypal
Brought EFT standard with paypal to test out if I'm HWID banned or not after getting banned 2 years ago (Yep)
Immediate 229 on launcher, safe to say yep.
How probable is a chargeback success with my card with PayPal as my method of purchase?

Youre already banned, worst theyll do is block your paypal account so just do it. Your chances arent 100% but it has been successful in the past

I think its 70-90% with credit card and 50% with PayPal. If you can always do the chargeback over credit card even if you paid with PayPal (through credit card).
Worst that can happen to you is your credit card or PayPal getting banned for new purchases.

I imagine if you were blocked immediately upon launching the game, and the purchase is very recent, your chances are very good.

Keep in mind that you can do paypal with every VCC ... Imagine bank, neo bank or whatever giving you so many cards. I hope you like your life in Christmas Islands or similar ... 
P.S : Don't get me wrong. You can exploit paypal so much that they won't even check you if country is NO VAT etc.

it's not fraud, the game is in beta, he no longer has access to the beta, he wants his refund.. if it was a complete game then sure.. but its just beta.

yea he no longer has access to the beta because he cheated and got hwid banned, also if he tells his bank the product isnt suitable they will just show the tos where cheating isnt allowed, only way to get it 100% refunded would say it wasnt authorized by him, which ofc is illegal.

its not his job to help further the investigation on specific parties, i'd call the bank and say the product isn't to his standard because its a beta and request a refund. due to it being a beta no other questions will be asked and they will refund... i did the same thing and got my refund...

Xsolla will ban you if you used PayPal through their option for doing a chargeback

Hwid bans are a greyzone in the EU. Probably even illegal in the case how these companies apply it.
