Private cheats often have a low user base and are only accessible by getting invited by a trusted user or dev. They’re also usually not advertised. Only spread through word of mouth. Public cheats are accessible to everyone and are often dtc every few months, however that’s not always the case, some publics can and will last a very long time. I’d never call an “ID verification” cheat private. Semi private at best, as anyone can still get in proving the have an ID, I’ve seen plenty of people bypass this with fake ids or friends ids aswell.
