iirc they dont work anymore or atleast not very well, if you have a lag switch just test, bsg cant ban you for ****** internet
if you dont have one, just find a way to turn of your internet temporarily
the lazy way would be to use your phone's internet via usb tethering and just turn its internet off for a small amout of time and see what happnes ingame
if you have a few programming skills you could also make a small program to add and remove a rule in your firewall to block tarkov's connection. With this you could also experiment with specific durations, only blocking incoming or outgoing traffic, turning it on/off in quick succession etc
But like I already said, a lagswitch doesnt really work anymore
