seems your shell.dat not setting up correctly. try use shell editor made by bla3(forgot lol). search at all things guide thread.

so that means, the accountserver does not connect,

so check into the fillles account.ini, shel.dat ect ect ect

Correct. If you look at the top of the msgserver, you will see where it's pulling the info incorrectly. Most likely the original poster used notepad to edit the .dat file.
