how to solve this error AccountServer run normally but when i open msg server (MsgServer2.600.exe) i got error like this :

as san goku said check the config file and then try to use [ hex workshop ] for making the shell.dat

my opinion is your problems is at shell.dt try use shelleditor make by sandalakos try use SEARCH button then type there proshell
