The picture is too small, but from what I can see your php version is too high to connect to a 4.0.x mysql server. You need to downgrade your version of php to connect.

btw i used wamp 2.0 what should i do to make it connct and make the reg page work perfectly i tested all the website + reg page its all ok but when i do reg page i cant it came up like u saw in the picture T_T

Do you use xampp, wamp, something else or is php installed directly on the server?

i used wamp only, is thre a way how can i make it work

so far i can see is it not the php version (php version 4 or 5 is all the same , specialy with wamp)

but copy/paste the above code here in the forum to be sure

i saw that error before ,and if there stands that mysql cant conect then you got a wrong pass/username in that script

if there stands that it is not compitable with 4.X then it is indeed the php version (you should use 5.2 or lower , not 5.3 )

anyway , if you copy/paste that code and show it here on the forum then we can help a lot more ,as we need that code to know what exactly is wrong
