If u have a club lvl 5 say er 2 soc . then make the dura from it 0 and repair it wiht Luckytime.with luck will it repaired and go ref.then uni.then elite.then super . it will take a while but it work.

I tried to upgrade a super wand at lvl 65 through magic artisan but he told me that he cannot upgrade the item because i don't have the required lvl to wear the item. The fact is i am currently using lvl 110 elite wand (wand skill lvl 11). (My super wand is fully repaired to the max durability by godly artisan)....
Any idea why?
