anyone can tell me where i can find a program that can tell me if the item on the ground is normal refined unique elite super or +1 ... send the link with it pls

You can try Cotobo, or just get an item type...i Find cotobo a little easier.

u can try CoTobo 2 see the quality of items on the ground but u can`t see a +1 on the ground ..... u have 2 pick it up first!!!!

cotobo doesnt give a message in the top corner like it used to but it will show up as gift bags for ref-super
