the only thing you need to do is remove "all" copyrighted "name's" of your website.

(eudemons, netdragon , tq , ect.. ) and than you wont even get a mail, letter or what ever.

Well really taking names off the site means nothing Because if u use THEIR client your breaking the copyright laws having one pixels of their work without permission is breaking it. But hey we all live to break rules but plz give info that's correct cuz if some noob see this post and is like "well im safe cuz i dont have any of their names on my site."

wow looks familuar..i got one or two of those before...all we did was shut down for maybe 3 days, put everything under a new name and opened up. Oh we also called them and told them the server was down and they could see for themselves.

Funny so did we, but not everyone is smart enough to do that! but still ur opening up in a NEW name so in a way ur not the same p server anymore. also goes to show u thought they WOULD do something hint changing the name and calling them.

we contacted them, and they did get okay by just removing the copyrighted names..

but, i see whatever my experience is, doesn't matter

maybe you should try to contact them and ask some extra information before telling me i am not giving you correct info.

Well i think pimjuc has a good idea but he was probably meaning the ones that do harm. Also i say that u would need to post proof of what they are doing and i am sure all of u that have ur own pserver have the proof to post on here. So yes i have to agree to have a section to post these things cause all of the servers owners have worked hard to loose something. An get it copied an maid into another persons work

LMFAO don't get your panties in a bunch! I was just saying that: just taking down the names does not make you safe and with TQ customer service i bet they did say that. but anyone who has dealt with their customer service could tell u that a bunch of monkeys are trying to help you.
And just cause you said u contacted them and that's what they told you means nothing I could say i talk to GBOY all the time without proof it means nothing. that's why i posted the letter to back up my info.

he has a point here... the reason we posted this was so that other servers dont have issues with this player .... if you look up a bit you will see other servers have had issues with him before so we want to help other servers not have this problem
