he means you're using the wrong version of soul.exe or msg...

very easy to translate:
(you need to have engish set as your main Windows language tho):
when you see messagebox, press ctrl+c (message box text will be copied to clipboard)
run firefox(won't work in other browser)
visit
paste the text in first box(top one)
chinese text will appear in second box.
copy chinese text to clipboard
get to
choose Chinese(simplified) as input language
paste the chinese text to the box
press translate..
