Where is the mysql command client?

In the intructions (#23) on the "All Things Guide" it says to put this command in the mysql command client. What exactly do i put in, and where! Please help!

Why you open new thread for the same thing i just answer on your other thread ? Connect to your database with navicat/heidisql or other software, and open the database you use right click choose console: then paste the query i gived you to make an account, but i dont know wich db u are using so it might be

insert into my2.account (name,password) values('test','53b6320eb06e2c62888a6d1739cd24bd');

or

insert into account.account (name,password) values('test','53b6320eb06e2c62888a6d1739cd24bd');

okay i have pasted the command "(name,password,reg_date) values ('test','53b6320eb06e2c62888a6d1739cd24bd',now()); " into console after i right-clicked on my "DarKeo" database in navicat. How do i now run eo so i can log onto this test account? The guide doesn't specify this?

to run eo and login on your server just edit in ini folder or your eo client oem.dat and oem.ini with setting up your ip and servername then make a shortcut of soul.exe (wich is on your client main directory) and right click on it then properties and add to the path at the end the parameter -blacknull

i cannot seem to find any oem files. do you happen to have teen viewer to show me where they are?

Well, i dont think u reading the guide carefully. Its all there.

To find oem.ini go to ur client folder, and then ini folder. Is in there
