Looking for a hoster

Hey there. I dont really think that Bledsoe will come back, so we need a new hoster, that can host 24/7.

Extras: in the shopping mall will be Super 1soc +12 gear for level 90.
means it will be a pvp server.

The hoster have to...
dont take a root (we dont want to pay)
shouldnt take hamachi (its ok, but its better without it)
can speak good english
shouldnt be inactive
should be the most time online
know how to put a server online

We re looking for:

4GM's (2 for HEO and 2 for BDEO)
1 Coder/Hex Editor for both servers
pls PM ME if you want to take one of these jobs.

i wish you good luck whit finding a hoster that wil host 24/7

only a few problems whit it if you dont want to pay for a vps that stays online for 24/7

1) memory, the memory it use is 1.2 GB for just 1 server
2) 2 differend servers on 1 pc isnt easy to do , so you need 2 pc's whit atleast 1.2 GB ram
3) if you get it on 1 pc , then the setup of mysql isnt easy eather ( 2 differend ports to use
4) uptime of a hoster that host it from his own isnt optimal , specialy not if he use his pc to
5) remote conection ... if no firewall/isp is blocking it then it can be a remote conection , otherwhise it is hamachi


then you need 2 differend ip adresses , or it doesnt goin to work like it need to be (cant conect to server if i am right, dint tryed it yet )

so , if i forgot a few things , then feel free to add them
if in any case your looking for a cheap vps that can run the game ( 30$ month/ 1280 mb ram ) then feel free to contact me

unfortantly Netlog and ia int being insulting but no one is going to host you for the price you want. There are times in life where you cant get something for nothing. Wish you luck tho

the main problem is like i posted before

you just aks to mutch to do for free

but for cheap is posseble to
i got 1 solution for you if you want it for free

try to host it on your own pc ... and it will be for free , try to ask to a few friends or so but for the rest it will be damm hard to do for free

specialy if you dont give somehting in return ( wow , the honor to host the game ... who cares .. )

dyndns is possible, its without hamachi and is a good host too.

With 256mb ram, I would say its time for an updated computer. I know that my vista has 512mb ram, and I have successfully ran an Eo server. The only issue was when I was in the db editing things, it caused a small amount of lag for the players. I wish you luck with your server, but I would agree with the other posters, the options you want are a bit much for a free hoster.

hmm, 512 mb ram and running a eo server ?? how do you do that exept the old server then

i got 1280 mb ram , i can barely run the eudemon server whitout that the client crash ( it takes 1200 mb ram )

in case you are wondering , this goes over my vps , not my own comp :P

whit the old client it tooks only 720 mb ram , and then i was running my wow server on it to ( 256 mb ram )

but whit the new db and new server files i cant even start up my wow server whitout the notice that i run out of mem , and whitout a crash of the server files ...

then you are saying you use vista?? on 512 mb ram ??? , min that vista needs is 512 ram to operate normal , windows xp needs 256 mb ram or it crash every 5 seconds becouse it cant execute a single command ... (same for vista)

so , i like to say , congrats whit that you got it running

i know, its a little offtopic so i goes back ontopic now

they are right , if you get a option to get some1 for free , even if they doesnt know nothing of it then i shal take it

becouse then it is up to you to get the server running , he just need to see that he can do main , or ask rem desktop ( or ts ) for it so you can do everything but just doesnt need to pay for it
then he got fun of it to learn how you do it and then you got fun of it becouse a free hosting

then i like to add a small thing of the dyndns
i got a own router that is blocking me 90% to get a remote conection , even whit dyn dns it doesnt works , if your router doesnt can forward the right ports (becouse your on lan in a wirless network ) then does dyndns not works
it all works to the same way , even hamachi , exept that hamachi makes his own LAN network

if you cant get a remote conection to localhost (wamp/xamp ... easyer isnt posseble ) then you will never be able to create it to the net
