just check in control panel/add or change a program or something like that .and find microsoft framework .net either 2.0 or etc .

i have the microsoft .net framework 3.5 service pack 1 and microsoft .net framework 4 client profile for windows vista x86.or the problem is with my shell.ini cause in the first two rows it has some words i dunno whats that
and 1 more thing when i press that ProShell and the shell.dat came up i scroll to bottom and press the button below and a message shows up

right click the winmysqladmin tool and choose stop the service
right click again and choose remove the service
right click again and choose close this tool

go to c:\windows and delete the my.ini file

go to your Accserver directory and open config.ini

note the user and pass

Launch winmysqladmin.exe from the mysql folder and put in the user and pass you noted from account.ini

Should be ok now.

Yea Thx!.. but i have problem with the last step click soul.exe i click it and it says Please run Play.exe first
