Turn off your antivirus, extract, add an exception to those files in your antivirus, turn it on again, done.

You would add an exception to the place where you extracted better, anyway, look into your antivirus there should be something like exception or something, i use ms security essentials so i don't know what you are using.

i use mcafee and he dont say if he remove somthing

Umm.. When i run my NPC server its says "Error: Repeat Run Server"? I don't understand?
