[PETITION] Adding a Ban Penalty

This is my first petition, so sorry if I mess something up, or if this is in the wrong section of anything like that.

Personally, I am tired of noobs who do not read (or just choose to not follow the rules) and post questions in the Exploits, Hacks, etc. area. I have noticed the mods when they tell new people that they won't give them an infraction or anything, just because they are new. However, I think we should change the rules and make it so that, no matter how new or old you are, if you post a question in the no question area, you are instantly banned.

Doing this will help with noobs who probably shouldn't be hacking anyway. It will also make the mods' jobs easier, since those noobs will be gone and they won't have to move threads and such. And it makes the forums cleaner and more organized because it will reduce spam and useless posts.

Reply with comments, concerns, questions and vote if you agree or not!

dont u think its a bit to "cruel" to add a ban just for posting in wrong section(that could happen to anyone....) i agree people who post in wrong sections should be punished but ban ....in my opinion its exstreme....and whats point of banning guy with 1 post cos he posted in wrong section....he could always make new char (would take him like a minut or so...).Ur petition is preaty sensless in my opinion and i doubt it will be accepted...but again just in my opinion
edit* person who voted no is me .

ok, maybe something like a limit? like 2 posts in the same (wrong) section in 24 hours (like opening new threads in the wrong section)? or a report limit like this pole, enough votes and its closed? (those are just ideas), or just let people open new threads after 24 hours, or like 10 posts

maybe we should change it to an IP ban then...I agree that banning some1 with 1 post is pointless cuz they'll just make a new account. So IP ban them?

I've never posted in the wrong section...It's not that hard. If it's a release, it goes in the no questions section. If it's a question, it goes in the question section. doesn't seem very difficult to me

not logical. if you think they are annoying, ignore them. the mods are here to enforce organization so let them do their job. instating a new rule to prune out a couple of them is utterly unsubstantial and without basis. i am sure that no other board on this site enforces such a rule and to make this particular one an exception is absurd especially since it does not boast the highest amount of traffic.

I remember my self posting in the wrong section only one time (and i reported my self and posted that im sorry for this) but really, "noobs" post every little thing, lets take this new patch for example:

1)The forum's were flooded with questions like "why dosint the no crc work?" or "how do i update the bot?" (the last one was posted by the same person about 5~4 times)
2)The forum was messed up, couse if u anwser something the post below will have the same question...
3)People dont even look in other threads if they have the anwser they want, everyone opens a new thread.

The next thing i wanna talk about is "clone" threads, tutorials are Re-posted over and over and they are worst then the last one, that confuses people who really want to hack and have to begin from scrach (i was once like that).

those are some bad problems that the admins should look into

Agree 100%.
If they aren't smart enough to be able to read what is in bold letters above a section, (and usually the question is one of those typical "HAND ME HACKS IN A BASKET PLEASE!" threads) they probably shouldn't even have the privilege to read what is here, nonetheless post meaningless drivel that fogs up the section that has pretty straightforward guides to every question I've ever seen asked in the wrong section.

can it happen to someone to missclick? and like waidas said,he was once noob and accidentaly posted in wrong section,by ur rules he would be ip baned till now >.> and i cant say at this moment that he is "noob" in the oposit i think he is preaty usefull for the comunity(my opinion again)

i agree with u,but maybe it can be avoided other way.I had idea like on some other forums i saw that if u make a post it wont be published scince admin aproves that (that doesnt have to be applyed for whole forum just release section) so u would have clean release section and admins could just deleate posts like they do now (they wouldnt have any special more work to do...)and for normall forum users it would be much better to have nice clean release section (with just releases) and free from sensless answered questions.

What im trying to say is that the ban isnt right thing to do cos those posts will stay there (in wrong sectons) and we wont have big benefit from it...Again all of that is just my opinion.
*sorry long post :P i just had to so much to say

i wouldn't mind a voting thing, like if 10 people vote to delete it, then it's auto-deleted or something. But I still think there should be more of a penalty for posting in the wrong section than just a move...
