So I unpacked skills csv's from my data.d04 in order to find skill indexes but even though there are csv's for venom light and infected earth, they're not in win hex. Am i missing something or are they just missing?

The skills don't even appear in the skills list.
Tried restarting, several times. Some skills are not there.
Example : Armor Spirit I for Spiritmasters. Its an advanced stigma skill but its a very important buff for my pet.
Whoever has communication with the chinese devs / access to their forums please let them know about this asap, their bot just became useless to me.
