Simple solution: Don't edit in Notepad. How to modify your scripts with CE:
1. Load the CT file with CE. You don't have to be in 2moons to do this.
2. Rightclick on the script you want to modify, and select "Change Script"
3. You should be able to figure out the rest from here.
