Weird bug

whenever I tap skill button to a monster it says like this in the chat box. Eventhough I only use the skill once. It must be one line only right? because I've only use it once. But why this?

I've only attacked the enemy once. If I repeteadly tap the 1(my skill) the character stutters before using the skill. I don't know why this happen. The delay does not even cooled down but it keeps saying like that.

no it didn't spam the skills. The character only hits the enemy once. But the chatbox says multiple text of this if I tap 1 button. It's annoying because the character stutters.

I don't know if it does have skill hack. Btw, how can I fix this? or what can I do to revert it if it is a skillhack.
