overclocking isnt stupid, most of high end gaming mobos, gpus and cpus are made specifically to allow the user to overclock the device. most of the modern graphics cards come with dual bios even. motherboards usually come with overclocking software, so if it's dumb, then you must be doing it wrong lol.

I mean every site I have ever looked at in terms of dedi hosting, for a decent network/bandwidth, the machine comes with well more then enough hardware specs to handle dekaron, even if dekaron suddenly doubled in requirements.
Hosting from home pc is being a cheap ass, seeing as most ppl get lots of money from donations in their servers.

I'd argue here too, dekaron is kind of a dead game right now. compare it to archeage for example, they recently released it and there's always a queue of at least 2k people on each server (theres like 7 in total).
less people = less donations (if any, especially if you're running it from home :P)

Dekaron population hasn't dropped much in ages. The people are just mostly inactive waiting for something different to pop up. It is always the same shit just with a different name these days. And if you were in the alpha/beta for arche age, you would know there is way more then that, just in the founders alone, not to mention the free players.


Oh and by the way, google the eye thing, or go talk to a eye surgeon/doctor. Your eyes feel strain (causing headaches easily) when watching stuff that's at a low fps (like 20-30, such as old old movies)
But your eyes also cannot perceive any difference from approx 150-180 or anything higher. Your brain is able to handle it, but humans don't have enough base "adrenaline" in a sense, to be able to actively read/show them all, basically our eyes are like a 180 hertz screen. If that makes it easier to understand. So sitting at 60-120 fps is healthier/better for your eyes. Less strain on them..... Believe what you will, you people are ignorant to the bone when it comes to stuff you don't know, much like everyone else in the world.

Look at recent studies.

Recent studies show jet pilots can see 230-250 (highest score was 255)
General population scored an average of 150-180.... Use google if you don't believe me, or better yet, go ask a optometrist. (aka eye specialist)
And look at dates of studies too...

Its evolution, they are slowly getting faster n faster, much like human height.
We are slowly (on average) getting bigger and bigger.
