Simple Pixel-Search Fishing Bot(nothing fancy)

Yeah so I was bored and I made this bot with a friend last week. Its very simple and not like that "autofish" thing that other guy made. But it lets go and releases on certain color and autocasts.

Few things to know...
1) Put Desktop Res on 1280 1024
2) Put Game Res on 1024 768
bit doesnt matter
3) Load 2Moons and dont move the window anywhere, just keep it in the middle.
4) Run both files, just hold mouse over the water and let it do the rest. Works for lvl 3 fish in parka, not high enough to try in desert yet lol. Also, make sure veterans amulet isn't equipped cuz yeah that has a mind of its own.
5)Press F11 to stop
6)If you know anything about autoitscripting feel free to change the coordinates in the script to fit your screen.
7)Post feedback?

Heres my current settings :
Desktop Res = 1280 x 1024 [16 bit]
Game Res = 1024 x 768 [32 bit], Windowed mode
When booting 2Moons,let the window be where its. Should stay somewhere in the center. If you move the window anywhere else the bot wont find the pixels correctly.

Works fine on my comp, anybody else get it working?

@leggojake

Here is what I have found when trying to read the Pixels for my own project.

1. The Pixel color on the fishing bar changes to random shades so it is hard to pin down just one color for fishing. (This is not to bad as you can just scan for one color and X amount of shades). This could be why some PPL have said it only "fights" the fish for a few seconds.

2. After the last update I have had problems reading the pixel colors all together.

I have tested a copy of death1111s 2Moons-Fishbot v0.5 (The first pixel based fisher released. Sadly no longer being distributed or developed due to leachers). and his does not work for me.

Mine seems to have stopped reading the pixel colors too.

I will try yours out tomorrow and I am also going to try out osciniss Pixel fisher to to see if they are working on my systems. (I have four test boxes at the moment so I can normaly find bugs that do not show up on my main system).

I think it is safe to say as of this moment it would seem some PPL will get them working while others will not!

True, the bar deviates a few shades of red, but thats why i pixelsearch mostly the whole thing. I search the first pixel on the color bar for reeling, when it is color blue i "spacedown" when it is red i "spaceup". I havent tried it but i culd change the shade variation to like 4 or 5 and see if its quicker. Right now on my system it works great and catches lvl3 fish. Slight lag may cause the bot to mess up, though.

Goodluck to anybody who gets it working

It works.

I set my desktop resolution to 1280x1024, game resolution to 1024x768, and it works wonderfully. It did not, however, work while in desktop 1024x768 resolution. A job well done, leggojake! This gives me hope for my AutoFish.

Haha thank you, I'll try your AutoFish when I get home from school today. And yeah, the resolution basically has to be 1280x1024///1024+768 otherwise it wont work. But, i might make a gui table to suit everybody's resolution.

I have spent some time today testing your fisher and other fishers. This is how I test for bugs. (If any one wants to know).

1. Use the settings that are recommended by the program author.

2. Whether it works or not move to the lowest settings and try that config.

3. If working, Start to raise the settings until the program "falls down" or fails.

4. Test on other systems.

What I found was:-
----------------------

1. On the settings you recommend. Partly working. (On the three systems I tried them on).

2. On the lowest settings, both game and fisher. Partly working.

3. No reason to continue testing as it failed on the recommended and lowest settings.

4. Same results as above on other systems.

Conclusion:-
--------------

The programs (As it seems to be two separate apps) manage to cast and seems to try and "fight" the fish. It has not caught any for me yet. Not working.

I have decompiled the two programs and will take a look at the code later to see what is going on. Might just be something miner.

Also I have noticed that yours seems to work on oscinis system and you both use a similar method for your fishers. (i.e. Same screen res). I'm wondering if you have similar systems and thats why he has had success with it. I am looking forward to you testing his to see if his works for you.
And if you cold maybe send me the spec of your system I might be able to put a system together to see if it works that way.

@All
REMEMBER JUST BECAUSE THIS DOES/DOES NOT WORK FOR SOMEBODY DOES NOT MEAN YOU WILL GET THE SAME RESULTS. TO AIDE THE AUTHOR TRY IT YOURSELF AND POST A REPLY/ERROR REPORT.

@leggojake
If you want I will PM you a list of system specs I have tested it on. Drop me a MSG if you want to check it out.

Hope this helps~

tried the prog, i got everything to work by setting the resolutions you suggested but unfortunately couldnt catch any fish whatsoever.. even the 1 bar fishes in parca.

it seems like the space bar doesnt get pushed down fast enough or long enough

cheers

This is my automatic fishing bot. I hope you can all enjoy it. It's pixel-based which means it's intelligent and distinguishes between blue and red. There are settings for polling frequency and bot process priority which will help you fine-tune it for your computer. There are also options to throw back certain fish (save inventory room, or forfeit higher level fish) and catch certain level fish quickly by reeling non-stop (designed for level 20+ fishing rods to catch level 1 and level 2...

Well, I am a basic person and thoroughly enjoy pixel bots (been making and using them for years and years). Anywho, on this game, one of the problems I noticed was the mobs name would sometimes overlap my character, and the pixel search would start trying to click the mob name, but instead would click my character, which would then end up doing nothing for a day straight. Anywho, I am sure some out there already know or do this, but for the few that don't, it makes that problem almost...
